Free 30-Day Returns – Return any item for any reason within 30 days.
Extended Holiday Return Period - Return any item for any reason to January 30th 2026.
How to Start a Return – Use our Self-Service Returns Portal to print a prepaid return label (excludes display cases).
Display Cases – Please contact us directly for returns involving display cases.
Authenticity Certificates – The original paper Certificate of Authenticity must be included with any return.
Refund Timeline – Refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days after we receive your item. Banks may take an additional 1–2 business days to finalize.
