Do you sell items without a COA?
We strive to offer only items with a serialized hologram and matching COA. If an item uses a different verification method (e.g., Fanatics Hologram), it will be noted on the product page with "This item is guaranteed to pass any third party authentication company including Beckett, PSA/DNA, & JSA authentication."
What if I lose my COA?
You can still verify the item using the hologram. If both are missing, contact us with your order # and photos so we can help.
Can I re-verify years later?
Yes. The serial lookup remains available with the authenticator indefinitely.
Are unsigned products covered?
This guarantee specifically covers autographed items. Non-autographed products follow our standard return policy.
