At Gameday Sports & Memorabilia, we make it easy to shop authentic, autographed sports collectibles with fast, secure shipping and hassle-free returns. Whether you’re buying a signed jersey, football helmet, or baseball display case, you can trust that your order will be delivered safely and backed by our Authenticity Guarantee.

Shipping Information

  • Free Shipping on All U.S. Orders
    We proudly ship free to all 50 states on every order — no minimum required. Standard shipping is via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground (average delivery: 4–6 business days).

  • Fast Processing
    Most memorabilia orders ship the same day if placed by 8:00 AM Pacific Time (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed later usually ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Specialty Collectibles
    Some premium items — such as full-size helmet display cases, mini helmet display cases, and football display cases — may require an additional 3–5 business days for processing.

Expedited Shipping Options

Need your collectible faster? Choose expedited shipping at checkout. Rates and estimated delivery dates are provided directly by the carrier.

  • UPS 2-Day Air – 2 business days (UPS does not guarantee refunds for delays).

  • UPS Next Day Air – Guaranteed next-business-day delivery (eligible for UPS money-back guarantee).

  • Signature Confirmation – Orders over $500 may require a signature. Final discretion is sometimes up to the driver.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Carrier-generated delivery estimates are displayed during checkout.

  • Delays caused by weather, accidents, or carrier issues are beyond our control. We cannot refund shipping fees due to carrier delays.

  • UPS Next Day Air includes guaranteed delivery. If your package does not arrive on time, contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.

International Shipping

  • We ship authentic memorabilia worldwide to most countries.

  • If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

Important:

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees upon delivery.

  • We cannot declare a lower item value on customs forms.

Hassle-Free Returns

We stand behind every collectible we sell.

  • Free 30-Day Returns – Return any item for any reason within 30 days.

  • Extended Holiday Return Period - Return any item for any reason to January 30th 2026.

  • How to Start a Return – Use our Self-Service Returns Portal to print a prepaid return label (excludes display cases).

  • Display Cases – Please contact us directly for returns involving display cases.

  • Authenticity Certificates – The original paper Certificate of Authenticity must be included with any return.

  • Refund Timeline – Refunds typically appear within 2–3 business days after we receive your item. Banks may take an additional 1–2 business days to finalize.

To ensure your signed memorabilia arrives in time for the holidays, please order early. Carrier networks can become overloaded in December.
