We offer free USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground shipping for all orders
- Most products will ship via USPS Priority Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS Ground within 1 - 2 days of your order, depending on the day of the week in which the order is placed.
- Once your order is shipped and a tracking number is obtained, we will provide the tracking number and expected delivery date via automated e-mail from firstname.lastname@example.org
- Expedited 2 Business Day shipping is available for an additional $45.00
- If you need your order sent overnight please contact us before placing the order
- Signature confirmation is required for all orders over $300.00
2018 Holiday Shipping
In order to ensure holiday delivery orders must be placed by the following dates:
- Free Shipping orders must be placed by 10:00 AM on Thursday December 19, 2018
- Expedited 2 Business Day orders must be placed by 12:00 PM on Friday December 21, 2018
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) Orders placed between 11/1 - 12/24 may be returned until January 31. The extended return window allows for items purchased as gifts to be returned if needed.
You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
